At GIVA Sri Lanka, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return and exchange policy for all eligible items. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition with tags intact to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and all original tags and labels are still attached.
Drop-off or Pickup
Depending on your location, you can drop off the package at our flagship store in Colombo or we can arrange a courier pickup for a nominal fee.
Quality Check and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
